A small tool for a recurring launch problem
Campaign links are often assembled in a spreadsheet, copied into an ad platform, and checked by eye. UTM Audit Studio turns that final check into a repeatable batch review: apply your naming rules, inspect every finding, approve only safe fixes, and export a report.
What this tool does
- Accepts up to 500 pasted URLs or a CSV file up to 1 MiB, entirely in the browser.
- Checks required UTM parameters, empty values, duplicate parameters, parameter-name casing and value casing.
- Supports optional source and medium allow lists, explicit aliases, and a lowercase_slug campaign style.
- Runs cross-row checks for exact duplicate URLs and source values that differ only by letter case.
- Shows a complete suggested URL only when a deterministic, safe fix exists; the original URL is always retained.
- Exports a CSV with original_url, suggested_url, approved final_url, status and issue details.
What it deliberately does not do
- It does not open, crawl or request any URL you audit.
- It does not connect to Google Analytics, Google Ads or another ad platform.
- It does not verify that GA4 receives or attributes a campaign visit.
- It does not guess missing values, merge duplicate parameters or rewrite names automatically.
- It does not store a history, require an account, or sync data between devices.
Privacy by design
Parsing, auditing, approval and export all run in your browser. This static site has no audit API, no user database and no analytics script in this build. Your pasted URLs are not sent to a server or a language model. Read the privacy page for the hosting-log caveat.

UTM Audit Studio is an independent utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by Google. GA4 is a trademark of Google LLC. The naming convention rules in this product are configurable team conventions, not official platform requirements.
The product is free to use. There are no accounts, subscriptions or paid AI features in this version.
